Visa Mandate

As of October 2018, vendors processing credit and debit card payments through NBS will be required to authorize returns. We are actively working on incorporating this change into our software.

This mandate means that NBS customers who do not upgrade to the latest version of OneTouch Suite may experience failures when attempting to process refunds/returns to credit and debit cards. We strongly recommend that you upgrade your systems to ensure you can process refunds properly.


New Visa Fleet BIN Ranges

Visa recently released updated BIN ranges for Visa Fleet cards. We are in the process of incorporating these new ranges into our software.

If you want to be able to accept Visa Fleet cards with the new BIN ranges, you will need to upgrade to the latest version of OneTouch Suite.

New Equipment Available
New Sentinel Screen for Sunny Locations
We have enhanced the 5.113 versions of the Sentinel to support a new display screen that is better suited for sunny locations. This display is easily viewable in broad daylight and also includes a backlight for optimal night viewing. Contact our Sales Department if you are interested in customizing your system with this version of the display.
