The week of February 4th – 8th, we held our technician training class. The class is an involved week-long course in which technicians who service, install, and sell our products are certified in all Triple e hardware and software. But it’s not all work. This course is our chance to get to know our partners better, working with them to answer questions they have, and develop solutions for issues they face in the field. Dan even took the class out to a Spokane Chiefs hockey game. It was a week of good food, great instruction, and solid teamwork. Our next training class is being tentatively scheduled for August.
