Laurie McCathren has joined Triple E Technologies as a Regional Sales Representative helping us to continue our growth in the United States market. Please join us in welcoming Laurie to our team if you call in and she answers the Sales Department phone.

Our sales team is taking a short break from traveling to trade shows through the holiday season. Our first scheduled event in 2014 will be the Western Petroleum Marketing Association meeting in Las Vegas February 18-20th at the Mirage Hotel. We hope to see you there!

New Enhancements and Features

Our entire suite of software is now fully compatible with Windows 7 and SQL Server 2012. Critical applications have been converted to Windows Services so that they will re-launch after reboot without requiring a user to login to the computer.

We have also developed a new EEEGuardian service which monitors the health of all critical services and ensures that they are running without requiring a user to login to Windows.

The Product Restrictions System has been revamped to allow for more granular control and easier management of Proprietary Card and On Account restrictions.

You can now activate and recharge proprietary gift cards at the Vanguard Elite POS or Vanguard Pro POS. 

We have also enhanced proprietary gift card recharge/activation capabilities for Pioneer Card Processor locations.

We’re expanding our website to include more information to help you troubleshoot and resolve issues at your site. Check out our website at http://www.e3tek.com and look for the new “Help / Support” tab. We’ve started a “Frequently Asked Questions” page and also started revising and posting more application and equipment manuals to give you the information you need. If you have any requests for more information or ideas for improving the site, please let us know.

We have been pursuing UL certification for our Sentinel Island Card Reader for over a year now. Thanks to the dedication and hard work of our staff we have achieved this important goal. The Sentinel passed all of the tests administered by UL at their lab and received final sign off by a UL field representative at Triple E's Production Facility on November 16, 2013. We have worked diligently to create the best environmentally hardened product for your site. For more information about our product on the UL website please click this link.

Information and Troubleshooting Tips

Are you having an issue with Triple E products?

  • Does restart of a program (DataManager, Vanguard Elite or Vanguard Pro, OneTouchSync, etc.) fix the problem?
  • Does restart of a Navigator Site Controller, Pioneer Card Processor, Vanguard Elite or Vanguard Pro, or Sentinel computer fix the problem?
  • Are all your applications started on your Navigator Site Controller (esController and ccEngine) or your Pioneer Card Processor (cpController and ccEngine)?
  • If you are having trouble swiping a card, try placing a plastic bag over the card and re-swiping it. Did this solve the card read problem?
