Triple E is rolling out live sites utilizing EMV!

Triple E Technologies, LLC (Triple E) has received EMV certification from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, and now has successfully run multiple live EMV chip-card transactions (see above: Four Star Supply Inc. running EMV chip-card transaction).

Triple E is the first company to become EMV certified with NBS, a provider of payment processing solutions for convenience stores, travel centers, and unattended cardlock sites. Triple E developers worked closely with NBS and performed hundreds of tests to ensure the software passed all EMV’s requirements.

Triple E Point of Sale Credit Card BIN Range Update


MasterCard has recently started issuing cards with new 2-series Bank Identification Number (BIN) ranges. If you would like to be able to process cards that have the new BIN range, you will need to download and install a patch to update your Triple E software.
To download your patch, please navigate to http://support.e3tek.com/patches.php and log in using the following credentials:

Username: binrange
Password: b0CLtzbgzvc

Please install this patch from the Navigator at your location to update your database. Please call our Customer Support Department at (208)777-9300 or (888)407-6077 if you would like any assistance with this process.

This guide is intended to give you instructions for running your business in a PCI-compliant manner, and the latest revision contains several important updates. The SecurVision Sentinel captures a high resolution digital image that will automatically be associated with the sale. An email of the transaction information along with the image can be sent right from the Sales Entry table in DataManager!

Quick Menu Buttons
 
     If you are experiencing issues with quick menu buttons, verify your inventory items are still attached to the appropriate buttons. Each button is assigned to an inventory item in your inventory items list. Click here for a video with additional information on setting up quick menu buttons.

If an item is deleted, the associated button will be affected as well. Additionally, if you are making changes to your inventory items or quick menu buttons, always be sure to click OK to save your changes. Once a quick menu button is created, the POS application will need to be restarted to reflect the change. To see the video on restarting the POS, click here.

      
         
     The images above show a few examples of different options for setting up quick menu buttons. You can choose your own font, color, and in our newest software version, you can also place images over the buttons. You can also create up to 10 tabs, each of which can contain up to 20 buttons. Accounts Receivable
The accounts receivable package allows you to keep track of your customers’ account balances electronically. You can make payments and apply finance charges. This package allows you to generate invoices with detailed transactions for your customers as well as statements that will give them a layout of their balance history.

New! In our latest release, you can look at your customers’ open balances, current unpaid invoices, as well as all of their history, all in one table. Changes to accounts, such as deleting payments that may have been entered incorrectly, can now be done without technical support. You can also see detailed information of how payments were applied to invoices.

Email Assistant

Email Assistant syncs with our DataManager software to allow you to send your invoices and statements to your customers. Email Assistant significantly reduces the time and effort spent generating and sending statements, giving you the freedom to focus on other aspects of your business. Once configured to your liking, it only takes a few quick clicks, and your billing will be out to your customers.
