​“Would you say that the problem of skimming is out of control?” I’ve heard that question from reporters more than any other question over the past few months.

The short answer is “no.” But it’s also important that I give reporters the longer answer and walk through the context. After all, nobody wants to hear the line from National Lampoon’s Animal House—“Remain calm, all is well!”—in the midst of what is clearly a riot.

Jessy Allen is a Tier II Support Technician and has been with us since July 2015. Before joining the Triple E team, he worked for Inland Northwest Health Services and Sacred Heart Medical Center doing various projects for them.

He has an AAS in Network Administration, and in September 2016 will graduate from ITT Tech with a Bachelors in Information Systems Cyber Security.

When he’s not working, Jessy enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 daughters ages 6, 3 and 7 months. They enjoy camping and going to parks. Some of his other hobbies include working on and modifying cars and stereo systems.
