The SecurVision Sentinel captures a high resolution digital image when a customer selects a pump after swiping a card or when their card is declined. When the transaction completes, the captured photo will be automatically associated with the sale, allowing you to view it within DataManager from your Navigator or home office.

Troubleshooting Tips

Restarting Systems
Restarting your systems regularly will reduce reboot time after an unexpected power loss. In our General Troubleshooting training, we suggest implementing a weekly restart routine for each of your Triple E systems. Weekly updates will ensure that your systems consistently receive the most current security updates and will help prevent long update times. Click here to view our video on restarting Triple E software or contact our Training Department for more information.

You can follow the steps below to restart your systems. Make sure you have your system login information available so you can log back in once the process is complete.

Note: It could take up to 30 minutes to restart your systems, depending on how long it has been since your last update.
