How to Advertise Gas Cards

Make gas cards a product extension to save time for customers and increase sales. Retailers that sell gas should maximize all advertising opportunities inside of the store and at gas pumping stations. Other businesses, such as insurance agencies, restaurants and auto-related businesses, can also benefit by advertising and selling gas cards. Explore opportunities to sell and advertise co-branded gas credit cards with gas suppliers, major banks, and credit card companies, as well as customized prepaid gas cards for customers to purchase for personal use or to give as gifts.

When You Call Triple E Technologies…

A live Customer Service Representative (CSR) will answer your call and assist with any questions you may have or with any issues you may be experiencing. If the CSR is not able to assist you with your call, your issue will be elevated to the Tech Support level and you will be issued a Ticket number.
Tech Support tickets are completed by priority. Generally, the highest priority are site down issues, where your customers are unable to fuel, etc. These are handled on-the-spot when you call in.
If you require the assistance of a particular Tech Support Representative and you know your Ticket number, let the CSR know that you are currently working with a Rep and give them your ticket number. This will assist us in getting the status of your issue in the most efficient way possible.
Thank you for being valued Triple E Technology customers!

Custom Exports

There are times when you may require a special list of data that is not included in our Reports List. There are a few options for getting this done:

  1. Contact our Sales Department for a quote on a Custom Report – this type of report on data will be formatted like our other DataManager reports. You will be able to export to a PDF, etc: all of the features that our DataManager reports provide.
  2. Contact Customer Service for a Custom Export – this type of report on data will not be formatted. Instead, it will be a simple file such as a text or CSV that you can open and view. The plus side to this type of report on data is that it is free!

Brain Teaser

Answer for last Month:
The statement that you and your friend each paid $14 for the meal is misleading and is, in fact, not accurate. The $14 actually includes the meal and the tip. You each paid $12.50 for the meal (half of $25), $1.50 for a tip (half of $3) and each got back $1 in change. Add it all up and it comes to $15 each, for a total of $30.

New:
You’re standing at three light switches at the bottom of stairs to the attic. Each one corresponds to one of three lights in the attic, but you cannot see the lights from where you stand. You can turn the switches on and off and leave them in any position. How can you identify which switch corresponds to which light bulb if you are only allowed one trip upstairs?
