Employee Profile
John Southerland is our Tier 3 Support Technician, and he has been with Triple E Technologies for about a year and a half.

John is currently attending college to complete a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Cyber Security. Before finding a place with Triple E Technologies, John was working as a Business Intelligence Analyst creating reports and digesting data for call center productivity with Center Partners.

John loves the great outdoors. Living in the Pacific Northwest allows him to get into the woods and have fun all times of the year; he will travel up to 200 miles (round trip) on the weekends to get outside. When he is not playing out in the woods, he is having fun playing games on his Xbox One.
