Brenda is our Customer Service Manager. She retired from the airline industry after nearly 27 years of service, where she held various customer service roles within the company.

Brenda grew up in the Sun Valley area and relocated to Post Falls, Idaho in 2015. Brenda and her husband Jim have 6 children and 4 grandchildren.

She loves to travel and anything to do with the outdoors – hiking, camping, fishing or hunting. She has jumped out of a perfectly good airplane, swam with a shark (not on purpose), and is an avid collector of anything related to butterflies and elephants. She enjoys cooking as long as someone else does the shopping.
